TRYP: Trauma Resource Youth Program

The primary focus of this group is youth health and wellbeing. The group is comprised of a 16-week rotating curriculum targeted at 14- to 17-year-olds who struggle with antisocial behavior (if they can conduct themselves in a safe and appropriate manner), self-esteem, self harm/suicidal ideation, disordered eating, history of trauma, poor interpersonal skills, and other areas of adolescent dysfunction. This group is available for youth involved with legal services (probation, CPS, etc.) as well as youth who are not. In addition, group participants will also be required to attend at least one individual session a week. Family participation is highly encouraged as well.

SCHEDULE

Girls: Monday and Wednesday from 3:45-6:45pm

Boys: Tuesday and Thursday from 3:45-6:45pm
